I want you to know that you have people there that are doing much more than just getting the job done. Kathy was my first contact via the internet and she stuck with me through about 20 whirlwind emails and even after she learned I lived 90 miles away. I would have been an easy lead to blow off in my opinion. Kathy convinced me that I had to come see the HOT car that was in the showroom, it was hard to imagine the White Mustang with Red leather, I agreed I had to see it. I drove 90 Miles one way, with my Wife and 3 kids to meet Kathy and the Mustang. I wanted to write to you to let you know how pleased I was with the experience I had with your dealership. I was looking to purchase a pre-owned car. The staff at the door greeted me warmly, and directed me to one of your sales consultants. Mr. Sorathia was so informative, and so wonderful I still can't believe it. I explained to him what my situation was, and what I was hoping to purchase. I never felt pressured; I never felt as though I was being 'sold' something that I wasn't interested in. He made feel completely comfortable with the entire process. I am a divorced woman, and even though I brought along a male friend for some reassurance, I truly believe that I would have been treated the same way had I been alone. My salesman was Nick Sisson. I have never been more impressed and satisfied with a car salesman. He did not pressure me, he went way out of his way to find and get a truck I was looking for. I know how hard he worked and would only received a minimal amount of pay for this deal. But that did not deter his dedication to my needs. He even had to stay late on Memorial Day even after the dealership was closing early for the Holiday. We were traveling from NC to NYC, stayed at the Quality Inn in Easton and on Sept. 5th because of braking problems the Quality Inn people gave directions to your establishment. We were almost certain you would be closed for the Labor Day weekend. We were so relieved when we drove in about 9:30 am and found not only that you were open but also that a nice friendly genetlemen greeted us at the Service door with a smile and the assurance that they could immediately work on our car and get us back on the road as soon as possible. It wasn't long before he returned to the waiting room, gave us an estimate of the cost and time, and if we had not had breakfast would lend us a car (we had already eaten breakfast). A little after noon he returned with the bill, asked us if we would like a slice of pizza (which we passed up) and were on our way. If we lived in your area from the way we were treated, we would without question or hesitation use your service department. Thanks so much for making our disappointment as convenient and as pleasant as possible.

Hello - I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the service department at Dick Milham. I bought my 2003 Ford Escape from you, and have continued to come back ever since. A few weeks ago, my car started making a noise, so I got it diagnosed at another service station as the A/C compressor needing to be replaced. I wanted a 2nd opinion, so I called Dick Milham. I spoke to Pete in parts, who was very helpful and quick to return my call with more information. Then I spoke to Wayne Supeck in the Service department, who provided me with a quote to get it replaced that was very reasonable. He made time for me to bring in my car the next day to get it quickly looked it to verify that is what I needed. The diagnostic was quick, and they even offered a courtesy mult-point inspection. I was able to order the part that night, and get it fixed a few days later. When the car took a bit longer than estimated to fix it, Wayne made sure to call me with an update and let me know I was still being charged the same amount he originally quoted. My car is running great now! I just wanted to let you know what a great employee you have with Wayne. He was attentive to my problem, quick to return phone calls, and provided a lot of information. I was hesitant to spend the money the other place quoted me, so when Wayne's quote came in about $200 less than that, I was more than happy to get it repaired with you. I would have spent more though for the kind of service I received. I will keep continuing to come to Dick Milham for service, and probably when I need to purcase a new car as well.
