Current Driver's License: must have correct address on license
Down Payment Funds: cash, bank check or money order made out to Milham Automotive, credit card up $5000

Current Paystubs: 2 most recent (if required)
3 Personal References: name, address, phone, relationship
Proof of Residency: phone or utility bill showing your name, address, and phone number (if phone bill) (if required)

Current Lien Information: bank name, address, phone, account number, payoff amount, good until, where to send payoff, attn who

Extra Keys and Remotes
Title (unsigned, and only if no lien)
Current Registration: (if transferring plates, all parties listed on reg must be in attendance, with driver's license)
